Shipping Options:
- We utilize two reliable carriers for our shipping needs. Larger orders: ex: candle, 50 mL, 100 mL, Pocket Perfume and body line are shipped via UPS, while smaller packages such as: Customizable Sample Set, samples and Auto Fragrances are dispatched through USPS.
- Please note if your order is a larger order we do not ship thru PO BOX address.
- For UPS shipments, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the UPS service selected. Please note that there may be delays due to the weather and holiday season.
International Shipping:
At this time, we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Calculating Shipping Costs:
Please be aware that our free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped to Canada or Hawaii. Shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at checkout based on the address you provide.
In-Store Pickup:
Please note that online orders cannot be picked up at any physical locations. We exclusively provide shipping services for all online orders.
Modifying Your Shipping Address
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery:
Orders are shipped from our facility in New Jersey. For shipments within the United States, UPS typically delivers within 2-5 business days, while USPS delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Please note that USPS shipments can sometimes experience delays.
Shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on customs processing and transit times.
Scanning Delays with USPS:
- Please be aware that USPS may experience scanning delays during the shipping process. While we aim to provide timely and accurate tracking information, these delays may affect the visibility of tracking updates.
Delivery Confirmation with UPS:
- UPS now includes an image as a method to confirm successful delivery. As part of this confirmation process, we reserve the right to exercise discretion regarding refunds or replacements in cases of confirmed deliveries.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
- D.S. & Durga is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, if a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will make every effort to assist you in locating it. Please reach out to us, and we will work together with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Missing Packages
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package, please follow the steps below.
1. Check with neighbors and family members
2. Look around the delivery location
3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
D.S. & Durga monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). D.S. & Durga reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
Please note that there are certain days when your package may not ship.
All orders ship Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on the following holidays: New Year's Day & the day after

Our Return Policy: Last Update: April 2025
Section 1: Start My Return
Items purchased at a D.S. & Durga stores are eligible for an exchange or refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be new, unopened, and sealed.
For in-store purchases, returns or exchanges can be processed at any D.S. & Durga store location. If returning an item through our website, please note that a restocking fee will apply.
For online orders, if you wish to return an item, please contact us via email to initiate the return process. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, and the product must be in new, unopened, and sealed condition. Once the return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For in-store purchases, we recommend returning the item to the store where it was purchased. If that is not possible, please include “In-store Return Request” in the subject line of your email.
Section 2: Return Guidelines
- Customers have up to 14 business days from the date of receiving their order to request a return.
- For candles, the items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- For perfumes, the products can be out of the cellophane but must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Customizable Sample Sets, Auto Fragrances, Limited Edition products, and Studio Juices are Final Sale, and can not be returned or exchanged.
- Please ensure your return is sent back within 7 days from the date of receiving your UPS return label.
Total Return Period:
All together, you have 21 days from the day you receive your order to complete the return process. This time frame provides you with ample time to evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.
Please note, the refund will be processed once we have received your items back at our warehouse. The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt.
Section 3: Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of $12 will be applied to all returns.
- This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Section 4: Defective or Damaged Items
- If you discover that one of your products is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service at cs@dsanddurga.com.
- When requesting a replacement or refund, it's essential to include images of the damaged or defective items in your email. Photographs of the affected products are required for processing your request.
Cancellation Request
If you wish to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour window starting from the time you placed your order to do so. To initiate a cancellation request, please send an email to cs@dsanddurga.com with "Cancel Request" clearly stated in the subject line. Please note that any cancellation requests made after the 24-hour period may not be possible to process, as orders are typically processed and shipped promptly.
