SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
D.S. & Durga ships to the continental United States and Canada. We offer free ground shipping for all continental United States orders over $50 (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii). For deliveries to Canada and areas outside of the continental United States, shipping will be calculated during checkout. For other international deliveries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will determine if we can accommodate shipping to your country or direct you to an alternate location. We are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states or U.S territories.
We ship orders within 2 days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier, UPS (usually one day within NYC). We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. Please email email@example.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.
In order to ensure delivery in time for the holidays, all USPS and UPS Ground orders must be placed by December 15, 2021 and all UPS Expedited orders must be placed by December 20, 2021.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and referencing your order number. Sample Sets are not eligible for return. Once the product is received, we will refund the full purchase amount. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 90-day period following delivery, please take a photo of your issue and send it with your order number and explanation to email@example.com and we will proceed to resolve the issue. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional questions regarding returns and exchanges.
No fees are imposed on D.S. & Durga Gift Cards and they do not expire.
Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on www.dsanddurga.com [and in the D.S. & Durga Store].
Gift Cards are non-transferable, and cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
If the total value of your order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on your Gift Card and can be redeemed against subsequent orders. You can email us at email@example.com to inquire about your balance. Balance information may not reflect recent purchases.
If your order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you must pay for the amount in excess with a valid form of payment.
If you return products purchased using a Gift Card as one of the payment methods, the value of the return, up to the amount of the initial Gift Card payment, will be credited to a new Gift Card. The remaining amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the transaction.
Digital Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient after the full order has been processed and payment has cleared.
D.S. & Durga is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, used without permission or delivered to an incorrect or non-existent address. D.S. & Durga is not responsible for any delays or failures to deliver Gift Cards caused by reasons beyond our control. Lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards will not be replaced.
D.S. & Durga reserves the right to cancel or refuse to honor a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary in our reasonable discretion.
Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards, except where otherwise expressly noted by D.S. & Durga.
Sales tax and shipping are applicable to products purchased with a Gift Card.
D.S. & Durga reserves the right to change these terms from time to time subject to our discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised version on www.dsanddurga.com.
