SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the United States and Canada. For delivery outside these areas, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will determine if we accommodate shipping to your country or direct you to an alternative. We are not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times vary according to location. We ship orders within 2 days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law. This can take 1-7 days with our carriers, UPS (usually one day within NYC) or USPS. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and them to find it. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $25 within the contiguous United States. Please email email@example.com with any questions regarding shipping and delivery.
If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and referencing your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount minus a to-be-determined restocking fee in the range of $10-$15. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 90-day period following delivery, please take a photo of your issue and send it along with order number and explanation to email@example.com and we will proceed to resolve the issue.
