We ship to the United States and Canada. For delivery outside these areas, please email us at and we will determine if we accommodate shipping to your country or direct you to an alternative. We are not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times vary according to location. We ship orders within 2 days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law. This can take 1-7 days with our carrier, UPS (usually one day within NYC). We cannot be responsible for delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and them to find it. If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing and referencing your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount minus a to-be-determined restocking fee in the range of $10-$15.If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 90-day period following delivery, please take a photo of your issue and send it along with order number and explanation to and we will proceed to resolve the issue.
