How do I change the shipping address on an order?

Please reach out to our customer service cs@dsanddurga.com we will do our best to update the address before it ships! Please use shipping address change in your subject line.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within minutes of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to D.S. & Durga customer service by emailing cs@dsanddurga.com. Please use CANCEL ORDER in your subject line.

How long will it take to receive my order once it ships?

Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship during peak shipping times. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to show progress.

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground and typically take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on location.

Auto Fragrances are shipped 1st class USPS and take up to 5 business days to be delivered.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We only ship to the United States and Canada at this time.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns by mail or in store for items purchased from D.S. & Durga within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned with original packaging and in unused and unopened condition and a tracking number/proof of delivery must be provided. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Limited edition scents and electronic gift cards cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply.

CANDLE CARE

Our candles are made from soy-vegetable wax and use a cotton wick. The burn time is60 hours. Our glasses candle vessels are meant to be reused and repurposed.

For optimal burning, trim wicks to a ¼ inch before each light to avoid smoking and overheating the glass. The first burn should be long enough for the surface layer to liquify to the edge to ensure even subsequent burns and prevent tunneling – we recommend 2 hours.

Always protect the surface on which the candle sits and keep out of draft. Do not burn for more than four hours at a time.Do not leave unattended.

INGREDIENTS AND ETHICS

Our products are 100% vegan, never tested on animals (other than the humans that work here!), and are paraben/phthalate free. You can find the ingredient panel for each product on our website on the product page.

We use both natural and synthetic materials in all of our products and adhere to the latest safety and environmental regulations of the InternationalFragrance Research Association (IFRA). Naturals vs synthetics in perfume sis often misunderstood. Many of the strictest regulations in perfume come from natural materials!  Naturals can also pose sustainability problems.  Rest assured, we source our juice from the most ethical companies in the world who are at the forefront of material fragrance safety.

SAMPLES

We do not offer free samples of our products at this time. We do however offer a number of sample sets that allow you to explore our collection.  Samples of limited-edition scents are not available.

If you are having difficulty getting your sample to dispense, the seal on the sample may still need to be broken. Please hold the sample between your thumb and index finger and depress firmly with the thumb of the other hand. Once the seal is broken your sample should dispense with ease.

SCENT ARCHIVES

Unfortunately, we do not have any of our older scents available for purchase. We are, however, always happy to help you select a new fume in our current lineup.

Thompson Hotel Group

The scent used in Thompson Hotels is our BOWMAKERS scent. We make a 50ml/100ml EDP and pocket perfume of BOWMAKERS. We also make a BOWMAKERS BODY WASH and BOWMAKERS BODY LOTION. The shampoo and conditioner used at the Thompson Hotel are exclusive to their properties.
